The terms that apply to Lilify

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Lilify ("we"). By installing or using Lilify, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What Lilify is

Lilify is an independent Android client for Spotify. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Spotify AB. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. You need your own Spotify account, and your use of Spotify remains governed by Spotify's own terms.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Lilify on Android devices you control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of the app.

3. Your account and your content

You are responsible for your Spotify account and for keeping your credentials safe. Downloads are for your personal use; respect copyright and the rights of the artists and rights holders. Lilify does not grant you any rights to the music you access through Spotify.

4. Google Drive

If you connect Google Drive, you authorise Lilify to create, read, and delete the files it creates in your Drive under the drive.file scope. Your use of Drive is subject to Google's terms and to your Drive storage quota. You can disconnect at any time in Settings; files already in your Drive remain until you delete them.

5. Availability and changes

The app is provided as-is and may change, break, or stop working — for example if Spotify changes its services. We may update or discontinue the app at any time.

6. No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Lilify is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that playback, downloads, lyrics or Drive storage will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost downloads, or lost access to your account, arising from your use of Lilify.

8. Termination

You may stop using Lilify at any time by uninstalling it. We may end this licence if you materially breach these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use Lilify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
